How do I get started?
Simply create an account by selecting your role (Worker or Client/Employer). Fill out your profile with relevant information, and you can start browsing jobs or posting job opportunities immediately.
Is TrabahoLink free to use?
Yes! TrabahoLink is currently free for both workers and employers. You can create an account, post jobs, apply for positions, and communicate with other users at no cost.
For Workers
How do I apply for a job?
Browse available jobs in the Jobs section, click on any job that interests you, and click the "Apply" button. Fill out the application form with your cover letter and relevant information, then submit. You'll receive notifications about your application status.
How do I create a service post?
As a worker, you can create service posts to showcase your skills and services. Navigate to the Services section and click "Create Service Post." Describe your service, set your rates, and add photos to attract potential clients.
How do I track my applications?
Visit your Worker Dashboard to see all your active applications, their status, and any messages from employers. You'll also receive notifications when there are updates to your applications.
What is the verification process?
Workers can verify their identity by submitting valid government-issued IDs through our verification system. Verified workers get a badge on their profile, increasing trust and credibility with potential employers.
For Employers
How do I post a job?
After creating a Client/Employer account, click on "Post a Job" in the navigation menu. Fill in the job details including title, description, location, budget, and requirements. Once submitted, your job will be visible to workers.
How do I review applications?
Go to your Employer Dashboard to see all applications for your jobs. You can review each applicant's profile, experience, and cover letter. From there, you can accept, deny, or request more information from applicants.
How do contracts work?
Once you accept an application, you can create a contract with job details, payment terms, and timeline. The worker reviews and can negotiate terms. Once both parties agree and sign, the contract becomes active and work can begin.
Can I edit or delete my job posts?
Yes! You can edit job details or deactivate jobs at any time from your dashboard. Deactivated jobs won't be visible to workers but you can reactivate them later if needed.

Is my personal information safe?
Yes. We take data security seriously and implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information. We never share your data with third parties without your consent.
How do I report suspicious activity or users?
You can report any suspicious activity, inappropriate content, or users by clicking the "Report Issue" button in the footer or on user profiles. Our moderation team will review all reports promptly.
