Electrician Needed for Aircon Outlet and Light Installation

We recently bought a new Window-type Air Conditioner (1.5 HP). We need a licensed or experienced electrician to install a dedicated wall outlet for the AC unit and set up a separate circuit breaker for it. We also need three busted LED lights replaced in the living room.
